London Bound

Not a great shot but it was the only one I took today. I went into London to support my friend who was going for a consultation with a Dr in Harley Street. The buildings in that area are really grand. It was nice to go inside one. The consultant she met was very nice. She was so worried poor thing, but all is well.

We didn't have time to look around the shops. Just a quick coffee before her appointment. After we rushed home as her son had had a big op this morning and she was itching to go and see him.

It was a very cold start to the day. Bootcamp at 6.00am was not really doing it for me but I went anyway. I was a bit late as I had to scrape the ice off the car. You soon warm up and in no time I was peeling off the layers. It was actually a lovely fresh morning so glad I went. I did a two mile run as well so was pleased with that too.
