Scout Scar II

Today's the day ......................... to return

I had no idea that when I posted yesterday's blip, that Scout Scar would feature again today.

This is another of the slides that Will came across today during his sorting manoeuvres.  It was taken, I think, in 1982 when we were on holiday with some friends - believe it or not - in the Lake District.  Little did we know then that, in another ten years, we would have moved to live here - and the place where this picture was taken, would have become very familiar to us.

The main thing that I notice about this picture is - what on earth was going on with my hair?  I mean, what was I thinking?  But then I suppose that sort of style was (possibly) all the range then ..........................?
