BOGOF Cigs.

I know, I know - it's what you shout every day, but.

There's two up here; I was out this way on business today. But I managed to find an hour between appointments at lunch time and had an extended wander up around Colinton Dell (a significant place to me), and along the Water of Leith around the back of Asda as we;; as a short stint on the canal tow path. Very fresh out in the open - a nice antidote to being inside Monday, Tuseday and tomorrow.

So still no Cigs '15. And I'm not sure if this is the earliest Cigs, dated 1937....

Also every day is a school day part 2. I never knew this was the Prince Charlie Bridge. There's a plaque underneath telling me that it's near the spot where the 1745 mob gathered before advancing on Edinburgh.

Later I wondered how the hell you build a bridge for a canal? Presumably not the easiest endeavour - as you have to block off the water? Any engineers out there...?

Black paint, presumably applied leaning over the side. (Note - it's not the side of the tow path, so I'm not sure how access was gained for this??)
The left one has an unprecedented 4 underlines.... I reckon 5 and Deli might have been tempted to let go of his ankles...! No dates. But a commanding position.
