Me Old China
There’s an interesting blip! But, y’see I spent so much of the day taking down and packing away the Christmas decorations, that when there was a bit of sunlight right at the far end of the dark room, I had to capture it. So there it is. I did manage to combine that with a bit of listening to some CDs however - including a couple by The Cast that I’d been lent - I didn’t realise Mhairi Campbell was such a wonderful fiddle player. Sickeningly talented.
So, to the evening and I got settled down and stuck into a bit of IT wonkiness. I really need to get under the covers of wordpress y’see, to get into customising. And all so I can put a logo on the slightly bland homepage of the boatie website. Essential work, then.
I can’t help but see that quite a few people on blip are having a go at the look and branding of the revamped site, but for me that’s all incidental. As a retired dude, I've got to think about each day and what I want to do with it. If I can’t do a photo and a few sentences, then what does that say about me? That’s my prod, y'see. Polaroid? White backdrops? It could be yellow with Wonga across it for all it matters (I've gone too far there). Of course, some days, it might just be some bowls in the light. Better than no bowls. And no light. I have spake!
