Designer tastes

Well, my first day back wasn't so bad but in fairness it was one of my half days!

I slept badly as work had started to worm it's way back into my head after two weeks not thinking about it at all. I suppose I'd rather one bad night rather than worrying about work each night of the hols.

Work was fine and I left about 1pm to come home for a short spell. Then I took some old paint cans to the tip and spent an interesting couple of hours in John Lewis browsing curtain fabrics for my bedroom. Of course, the one (blipped) that really caught my eye would have cost £695 to make. Eek! Needless to say I'll be choosing some different fabric...

On the plus side, I found some really nice, reasonably priced, ready made curtains in a fabric I'd had my eye on anyway for the spare bedroom so I snapped those up along with a pretty cushion that was in the sale.

After a quick food shop I'm having a quiet night.
