I always picture Saul as Jean Michel Jarre or Rick Wakeman when he's playing in his bouncer, spinning round to knock each of the toys. Arlo often brings his own musical influence to the party, ever the impressario.

First run in three weeks today, tough going but good to be back on track. Way of my best pace, but it usually comes back quick enough.
