wait for me!

Hard to catch up to the 'big' seven year old girls when you are just two and your legs are so very short!

My cousin and her family were visiting from New Zealand. They lived in the northern hemisphere for quite some years (her husband is English) but have been back home in Auckland, NZ for 4 years now and can not get their head around how cold and dark it is! And here we were thinking it was a pretty mild winter so far and happy to see a smidgen of light now in the sky at 5pm - I must be well and truly settled into this lifestyle!

Their eldest daughter is the same age as our youngest so much fun was to be had between those two. Whilst my cousin and I caught up on family and lost time and of course reminisced about our golden days of childhood!

Family is great!
