No way in
I give you the Fife Ethylene Plant at Mossmorran by moonlight.
I had to do a bit of moonlighting to get this as you can't get near it for the security fences and I had the wrong shoes on. I don't know how they do it but apparently they convert natural gas liquids from the North Sea into tonnes of ethylene, of which 50% is distributed via the UK's ethylene pipeline network and the remainder shipped to Antwerp from Braefoot Bay Marine terminal near Aberdour.
What you see coming out the chimney stacks is steam, unfortunately I picked a night when there weren't any flares as they burnt off excess gases. Perhaps it's just as well, as I can't shed any light on what that's all about.
