Another sundown on another beach.

I'd arranged to meet some friends here for dinner. The beach taverna is famous for its home-made pies (true ex-pat fare!), notably the steak & kidney and the fish ones although the chicken isn't bad and they do also make a Beef Wellington with home-made pate to boot.

Anyway, Daizy and I arrived early so that we could go for a walk through the farm land that borders the beach. The track wends its way through the fields of vines and wheat (all already harvested) and is a lovely quiet walk. Then it was back to the taverna to wait for my friends. Although I took quite a few pictures on the walk, I still find it hard to go past one like this.

The meal was fine, the company excellent and a good night was had by all.
