Heading Home

Most evenings at this time of year we see these beautiful birds heading back to their roosts on the cliffs. The spend a while swooping and gliding and, I expect feeding on the insects, before flying on...and, boy, can they move!

Today I have done none of the things I had intended to do... nothing important, just those jobs I hate and keep putting off, like filing paperwork and sorting closets!

Now I'm getting ready to go to bed so that I can start the week feeling refreshed!
