Dubai at night

It was strange getting on a flight and not being excited. Usually I'm either anticipating a holiday or relieved to be getting back home to my own bed. However I was flying from my real home to my other home and that was just a bit odd. It's not that I didn't want to come back I just wasn't convinced I wanted to leave the UK. It was so lovely seeing everyone. I also appreciate that if I did move back to the UK my daily life wouldn't be like the past 2 weeks. It wouldn't always be Christmas and constantly doing fun things with friends and family. I'd have to get a job and live through the entire winter.
