Christmas lights in October

I noticed this morning that the Christmas lights had been put up in the centre of Manchester. Although this seems to be earlier each year, I imagine that it is probably around the same time.

The top of Beetham Tower was also not viewable due to the misty morning weather. I had to stand in the middle of the road for this shot so done a little hastily.
