Scot:Lands.....
Despite the weather being rubbish, we headed into town for just after noon to spin the wheel which would decided how the rest of our day would pan out.
For the next few hours we listened to a wide and varied range of music, film and poetry, and trudged our way from one venue to the next - although this year we only managed four venues (I think it was double that last year).
My favourite were King Creosote with other musicians, all from Mull, and then the final venue of the day saw us being entertained by members of Admiral Fallow, the Hazey Janes, Roddy Hart and the Lonesome Fire plus, Withered Hand (who we managed to miss, annoyingly).....
Another great line up of folk who were up for playing for us on New Year's Day. Shame we didnt get round all of them, but am sure we'll be back next year for some more Scottish music.
In this blip, I think they were all singing a Waterboys song for us. Cheers.
