Happy New Year!

It has been a quiet day today, spent taking down decorations, packing Christmas away (tree tomorrow) and generally tidying up.
Even though it was drizzly and very dull, Mr U&L and I went for a quick trip to the local Sainsbury's to see if the daffodils were flowering along the walkway behind the shop. 
For some unknown reason these daffodils always flower really early, often before Christmas, and 2015 is going to be no exception with several beautiful yellow blooms fully out already.
Only a tiny thing I know, but it really cheered me up......Christmas.... over, shortest day......passed.....Spring.......Here we come!!!!!! Yipee!
