Our Anniversary

No, not me and Jonty, it's Marlane and I who got married 37 years ago today!
Jonty was looking out of the window, guarding our house against predatory cats and the like. When he sat up and had the lace curtain around his head Marlane commented that he looked like a bride so it was decided it would be an appropriate blip.
I thought he'd turned into a 'Maltese', as lace making was always a popular industry in Malta but no, he's still a Bichon Frise.

So what did we do for our anniversary. First of all had a moan that the internet was down, rebooted the Virgin 'Superhub' and PC's, no joy. Phoned Virgin Media and a nice young lady (recorded) told us that there is a problem in areas GL1, GL2, GL3 and GL4 - we are in GL4 area of Gloucester.
I then phoned again an hour later and got through to a human being who confirmed the recording, told us would be back on around midday and then gave us a £5.00 refund for loss of service during the morning. Shukria Hussain, very much appreciated.
So, to celebrate we went off to PREZZOS, Pollo Siciliano for Marlane and Pollo il Funghi for me, bit of shopping and back home to find the internet back on and hence the blip !
