Ring out the old

I was hoping to find something unexpected still flowering in the garden for the last blip of the year; instead I find an early daffodil in a pot. Looks like the local wildlife has had fun with this though :-/
Goodbye 2014 - overall it's been a good one for us. Not without its sadnesses and the 7 weeks with the broken arm has been a bit of a trial but lots of great times to look back on.
Thanks to everyone here for sharing your ups and occasional downs in pictures. I've seen some great stuff through your eyes. And thank you also for all the support and encouragement. You are a great community. And for me that's what it's about. xxx
