Awaiting

Here is a rhododendron bud, just waiting for the spring to open.  It seems a long away.

Another busy day, more laundry, watering turkeys and chickens (today was the first day for them to have frozen water dishes for a while), walking with Riley.  Everything is brown and shriveled and I'm not finding much inspiration for blips, so I was happy to see these buds by the house.
