Bank Holiday weekend taken care of!

I suspect I may be saying in the near future "well, it seemed like a good idea at the time". I've been asked to be responsible for the recording of our village Jubilee Celebrations. Events are over 4 days and at the last count there were 14 events and most events have multiple activities. I'm at present recruiting a small team of local amateur photographers to assist me in the exercise. We have to produce a comprehensive archive, a DVD for people to buy, possibly a book and some of the images may be used for next years calendar. Phew!
