Please, can you take us somewhere warmer

A very bright day, though a chilly 2 degrees C.

As it was so sunny I headed our to the Angus country roads nearby, fully expecting to find something suitable to Blip. I wasn't disappointed when I spotted these two horses in a field just off the road. Despite wearing blankets, they definitely looked like they were pleading to be taken somewhere warmer. The ground underneath was rock hard and the water in the Murroes Burn, though running, would have been very cold to drink.

Since joining Blip, I have come to appreciate these cold winter days a lot more, especially as they furnish photo opportunities not available in the other seasons.
