Pointed Window

This is a very late afternoon view nearby that I had never noticed before.  It would be better suited to Halloween than nearly New Year's Eve, but here it is.  I've searched on the net extensively for a name for this style of window,  but I can't find any images of windows similar to this.  Any suggestions?
