The future's bright

I didn't get the wear a bright top memo but I think this makes up for it. Beautiful bright sunny morning for our geocache outing with lots of friends in Holland Park. 6 caches cached and only one proving annoyingly elusive. Rewarded our exertions with splendid lunch at Polpo Notting Hill.

Home for baking (Anna), football watching (J and C) and not entirely sure what (me). But the afternoon has passed happily, including a family game of Lara Croft and organising seating for our party of 26 to New Year's Eve panto.

And now a curl up and a movie. This holidaying malarkey is a marathon not a sprint and pacing is important at our age.
