Porty People and Nearby Places

There is much evidence of "five bar gaits" around at this time of the year. (Two pints @ 5 different Bars = a very wobbly walk/gait home.) 

We took a very sunny walk from the house today through glen, rustic pasture and seascape along, and near to, the John Muir Way through Brunstane Glen and  through the grounds of Newhailes  House were I took this blip.

The tide was so low it was possible to walk beyond the Fisherrow Harbour mouth. That blip nearly made it into my journal but I chose the long shadows of the gate to show just how sunny it was here today.

We picked up some goodies for our supper party this evening from the supermarket that is full of " Little Surprises" and conveniently placed for the bus home.
