Frosty

I was excited when I woke up to a white world and these beautiful frosty ferns on my car windscreen. They had melted away by lunchtime when D and I returned from our walk up Newtonairds Hill. While I was photographing them,  I was thinking of the work of Masaru Emoto in Japan. He took photos of water crystals after playing music, talking or praying. He said that his work was neither science nor religion,  but art.
