Christmas Eve

Impressed - my niece J was working in Greg's Bagels from 7.15am! We went there for lunch and I had a huge cup of coffee and a toasted Colossus bagel with cream cheese and Royal Scottish smoked salmon. Amazing place and they had had a rush on bagels so J was exhausted but still wearing her Santa hat. My camera's battery was at zero so no blips. Hive of activity in the afternoon/early evening - J and R made cookies, my brother M prepared supper and B, my nephew T's girlfriend called by. Photography lesson from T and use of his camera. T now uses a film camera (medium format camera), he also has his dad's old camera - 35mm film camera. T's enthusiasm for photography is why I started taking photographs again. Delicious evening meal and more red wine to drink followed by The Grinch and amazing gingerbread baked by J. Stockings were already on the fireplace - slightly worried as the fire was lit ...
