Derelict house

So, I have finally remembered it is Derelict Thursday. Never mind that it's also Christmas Day. It's a derelict house... a gingerbread house that is. N made this at school and it did look lovely when it was nicely decorated with sweets and icing... but then we fell upon it like a ravening hoard and it's decidedly worse for wear now. The weeping angels just happened upon it too.

Merry whatever it is you celebrate today, wherever you are. I'd rather celebrate a solstice or something, but S&N still like the Christmas concept, so I have to go through the motions. Too much food, but luckily having only my parents in this country means we don't have to do it all over and over at different locations.
