Time With Friends

What a lovely day. Up early and a drive over to Stockport fuelled by Starbucks. We managed a food shop in Waitrose and picking up Joe's Christmas present all before noon. So lunch in The Pointing Dog it was. It was so delicious that we were stuffed to the brim. Helen suggested a afternoon nap and who was I to disagree. White Christmas on the TV and a blanket on the sofa and within 5 minutes we were fast asleep. Up in time to pick up Al from nursery and then in the evening Liz came over to join in the PJ party. We all had a good old catch up on the sofa and poor Andy was outnumbered with the ladies. It was a good job we gave him beer and chocolate.
