Warm-up

Trial run of dog walking with my niece's dog Lily went very well. Secret trial run of course. Tonight the breeder sent me some super cute pictures of the puppies and it is slightly killing me not to talk to the kids about it. Just two more days...

The start of festivities at my brother's was quite animal centric with collecting eggs from chickens and petting guinea pigs, as well as the dog walking.

Our warm up for Christmas celebration was a lunch for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary.

Well worth the early morning, frantic packing and car Tetris. Sadly for the first time ever Carl was defeated and we have left his present at home. Still, something to look forward to after the madness and he should be well warmed up by then.
