Out for a run early this morning - a run I've done many many times - and I saw this out of the corner of my eye - never noticed it before - despite running & walking these lanes for the last 14 years. I guess it was once an access to the farm part of Orton Hall - now either no longer needed or relevant - something passed by & forgotten.
The truly grim weather that has been threatening all week finally arrived - just as I was at the furthest part of my run - thus ensuring I returned thoroughly soaked & that this shot rose to the top of the pile of Blip contenders for the day.
