Handcrafted Buffalo Chicken Sandwich

Okay, so the chicken tenderloins came from the freezer, but I made the buns for the sandwiches, the Buffalo Wing sauce (yeah, I only live a couple of hours from Buffalo) and the Bleu Cheese Dressing.

The sandwiches were a hit with Husband and Son, My sandwich tasted really good, but as I later worked on cleaning the car inside and out, I developed quite a case of heartburn!

Yes, cleaning the car really cut down on my photography time, so I am so glad I photographed my sandwich before I ate it!
