An interesting building ...

Across from the hotel in Gruissan.  We guessed this was actually a wine making co-operative.  We passed each day and noticed grapes being driven into the building and also noticed people coming out with bottles of wine so we figured that vineyards that were too small to operate their own wine making process could bring their grapes here to the co-operative and have them pressed etc. to produce a small quantity of wine for personal consumption.
