Beautiful Budda

This morning over breakfast in Kandy we spotted this beautiful Budda statue in the hills.

The rain and mist lends to the spirituality.

We left Kandy for Hill country and are now surrounded by lush tea plantations just outside of Hatton.

Tonight at midnight we are are trekking Adam's Peak which I am very excited about. Let's just hope the rain stops by then.
