Flying Dolphins

We decided before we came out to Majorca that we weren't going to go on a lot of excursions, because they usually end up not being worth the money the travel companies charge. But our hotel is slightly out the way, which is fine, but we didn't want Ethan to spend a whole week without going anywhere else! So today we went on an excursion to Marineland.

I do struggle slightly with the whole performing animals scenario. I have to say, the sealions and dolphins were amazing and I really hope they're well treated. Ethan enjoyed watching the sealions too but by the time the dolphins started their show, he was more interested in eating his packed lunch! We watched the "pirates and parrots" show twice which he enjoyed more second time round, probably because he knew what would happen next and kept telling me "parrots go up ladder" etc just before they did it!
