Goose

No this isn't a goose but it was taken while I was cooking a goose.

We had a discussion in the house about whether to have a goose or a turkey for Christmas lunch so we compromised and and had a goose today and will have a turkey for Christmas lunch.

I've never cooked a goose before.  The roast potatoes were lovely cooked in some of the fat. They were scrummy.  The goose was quite good too.

We'd worked at the mill in the morning and met lots of lovely people as usual.
