Remnants of Summer

Wandering round the garden today I was struck by a number of reminders of summer - this was the most beautiful of them.  I love the faded colours.  Time for looking forwards.

One of the Flower Ladies from church, a loyal and faithful servant, a lovely nearly 90 year old, gentle unmarried lady died in the early hours of the morning.  RIP Pat.  We all love you and will miss your calm wisdom.
