A friend turned 55 today. I met her when she was 28. I was a bit younger then myself. Many happy returns!

A friend who had cancer is now in remission and doesn't have to see her oncologist for six months.

My yoga teacher read a new chapter of my novel and said, "This section is definitely not written in black & white (with shades of grey) but in full and beautiful color! You have the ability to craft an eloquent story with each and every word reading like poetry."

So, all in all, a good day!
