Which glamorous resort could this be? I can see the Beautiful People living their Beautiful Lives. It may be Cannes.

Oh dear, I am being all horrible aren't I? Think positive! It was a lovely, bracing day along the canal. No Pirate Dogs to be seen. Maybe they were scared off by the hailstones that were as big as, well, hailstones really. It seems unusual to have hailstones that aren't as big as something unfeasibly large like conkers or VW Beetles.
