First Nativity
Its been a busy day today, starting with purchasing flowers for two staff members that are leaving, then rushing round as contractors turned up early at school. I ended up spilling N's Mocha all over the back of the car trying to get there on time. Oops.
Amidst the fun and games of the last day at school, I managed to get away for a bit to see Little Miss E in her first nativity...she was a snowflake! I don't recall snow in Bethlehem, but she was gorgeous and all the little ones did so well. Sadly I had to shoot off back to work as all the other mums and dads enjoyed mince pies, mulled wine and cuddles with their children. I felt very bad leaving my precious snowflake and even worse when I picked her up at the normal time being the only one left :( She didn't mind though she was happy of all the attention from the staff.
Munchkin 1 attempted his first gingerbread house tonight, lets just say it was a jolly good decorated gingerbread shed that Hansel & Gretel would have been very proud of. It does taste yummy though.
The the unreachable presents in the loft saga is now resolved with the aid of a broom, step ladders and a strong bike light. They are now where I can get them and the in laws presses are being sent courier tomorrow. Phew!
