Ice Cream making

Child-care duties have been changed so that means I have more time to get  sorted for next week.  We have moved my computer into the library (not as grand as it sounds - it is a room where we have all our Billy bookshelves and Mr C's computer and desk - to make room for a cot for Thomas in mine, (not as grand as it sounds either, really it is the hot water tank cupboard with a window and desk).  Ella will be on a sofa bed in the "library", James in a basket with his parents, and Nathaniel in a cot with his parents.  

We got more decorations up, though I have yet to trawl the roadside for ivy for my table, and get in some holly (birds have eaten the berries).

There was some cream left so I made some Orange, Dark Chocolate and Cointreau ice cream.
