The CORRECT amount of cheese! The Legend.

In our house there is a saying coined when Zane was younger from when he and Anton were preparing this very dish - Tuna Pasta.  I believe Anton grated an enormous pile of cheese, topped the dish and then doubting asked if that was too much cheese.  Zane replied it was the correct amount of cheese.  And so the legend began.

Dave made this for us tonight and of course added the correct amount of cheese.
