Dig for victory?

More rhubarb than you can shake a stick (of rhubarb) at, from the allotment, so the production line has started. First batch - chutney. I've never made it before but it looks and tastes OK.

My next project is to make some rhubarb and ginger jam. At this rate I'll be applying to join the Women's Institute...
