Happy Mother's Day to those in the US celebrating!

Our family drove three hours each way today to visit my mother. We had a lovely time visiting, but as always, the time seemed far too short. The weather was simply amazing and we spent most of the day in the fresh air! There was some sunshine earlier in the day, but....

Late in the afternoon, the sky became totally colorless. And if you don't believe me, I will tell you that I was practically lying on my back when I captured today's blip! And, the background? Totally colorless. Or white!

In all honesty, I wasn't concerned about the background for this photo...I was so loving the white Columbine and wondering why I don't have any white ones!!
