My Tits!

My tits.
Last year they were great, this year they are blue!
Tucked into the corner of the weatherboarding of my cottage, a pair if blue tits are nesting, and from the recent activity I assume there are babies.

Mum and dad are frantically bringing small green caterpillars to the nest. Just below is this hanging basket bracket that provides a perfect perch before they squeeze through the little gap into the nest.

Sadly the long tailed tits and blackbirds' nests have been predated by the magpies who are also rearing young.
