....otally jiggered. That was a fun but intense week. No Scouts tonight as we've got a day on the water tomorrow. The weather forecast looks good, but it's difficult to believe it'll stop raining. My good brogues got very wet at lunchtime and now I've got salt marks...damn.

Gym tonight, found the run hard, but enjoyed the weights and warm down. Flat white from Peter's Yard to follow.
