Early start for a day on the River Forth in the shadow of the newly repainted and splendid looking Forth Bridge. Dinghy sailing, kayaking and BBQ with the Scouts.....top day. Unfortunately, I appear to be sporting a beaming coupon on account of the forgotten sun block; amazing that I'm suffering from sun burn after the week of pishing weather we've had.

I'll be nodding in front of the TV soon.
