Lurking

The blue jay keeps an eye on everything that is happening in his neighborhood. If he doesn't like what he sees, he sounds a strident warning. At other times, his song is much more musical and pleasant. I couldn't believe it was the jay I was hearing. However, on the whole, he is a bossy bird.
