Art nouveau in the balance

Before we left for Gatwick we spent some time at a lovely National Trust property that had been designed and furnished in the Art Nouveau style. Unlike most NT properties this had a homely feel to it.

The weighing machine was set against a William Morris wallpaper.

On our way through Fife back home now. Later than planned but had to stop for food.
