A little lost

This afternoon, John and I decided to go to Wal-Mart in search of a few things I have trouble finding in our local stores, for example - hand lotion and cotton balls. The bus is only 1 yuan, while a taxi is about 8, so we decided to try the bus. That was the beginning of our little adventure break from the studio. To make a somewhat long story short, we missed the stop, or simply got on the wrong bus and didn't end up at Wal-Mart. We figured it just made a loop and we would ride back to school, but when the bus stopped and driver turned the bus off and got out, we realized that we wrong. We exited the bus and decided to walk a few blocks towards this huge red statue (John;s idea). We passed a lot of shops, but no Wal-Mart. We were out of the main part of town so we waited for a taxi for a while. We took it back to the middle of town and eventually found our way to Wal-Mart.
I didn't realize until we were back at school that my camera was set on black and white, but it really was a huge red statue in the middle of a round-about.
