On the Edge

Today I have to wear a blood pressure monitor all day as a recent check showed a higher than average reading. The cuff around my arm is connected to a box around my waist by a long black tube so as you can imagine I am not venturing far from home. The monitor records my blood pressure every 20 minutes!!

I saw this ladybird in the garden - not the ususual 7 spot that is common around here!

Lucy has swimming teaching all evening and I am going to nag ask Rob to do homework as his weekend looks full of football and parties!!

Friday tomorrow - yippee!!!!
