A Blackbird Brunch

What a fine day this was. 70 and sunny with no wind. It was almost ruined by 4 hours of yard work, but not quite.

I had 3 great birds today. This blackbird, a turkey vulture, and a green heron. Since I posted the blackbird...I put the other 2 on my flickr page. When it rains...it pours. Seeing the vulture made me wish I would have listened to the vulture song that Uncle Al sings. I just felt like singing.

A meal-worm for brunch. Quite a catch. Must have felt he needed a little extra protein.
