Today our agile young friend came and cut the dangerously tall and swaying ash trees on our north boundary.
It was interesting - and a bit nervewracking!- to watch him working in the treetops.
Here the trees to either side have already been felled, giving a better view of activities in this one.

The day's work has yielded probably all the firewood we'll need for next winter. I feel rich!
